wtb someone's carrier hardware upgrade that they don't want

anyone on rogers or telus that is ready for hardware upgrade but not going/wanting to use it? i will pay.
preferably someone who can just straight up get the phone, not having to add a data package to existing plan (i.e. you already have data).
